Substantial share interests
As at 21 March 2025 the Company’s issued share capital consisted of 722,740,460 ordinary shares of no par value.
As at 21 March 2025, the percentage of ordinary shares that were not in public hands was 41.04%:2
1Clifford Elphick, the non-executive Chairman of the Company, is indirectly interested in these ordinary shares, representing 11.95% of the issued share capital of the Company, by virtue of his interest as a potential beneficiary in a discretionary trust, which has an indirect interest in these ordinary shares.
