Substantial share interests
As at 4 July 2024 the Company’s issued share capital consisted of 673,793,471 ordinary shares of no par value.
As at 4 July 2024, the percentage of ordinary shares that were not in public hands was 55.98%:2
1Clifford Elphick, the non-executive Chairman of the Company, is indirectly interested in these ordinary shares, representing 12.23% of the issued share capital of the Company, by virtue of his interest as a potential beneficiary in a discretionary trust, which has an indirect interest in these ordinary shares.
